The session process for ultimate effectiveness is to begin each session with substantial confidential chat to find out your needs, goals and what you most wish to achieve at that time. You will then be guided through a tailored, succinct meditation for your specific needs. The meditation is recorded and sent to you, so that you can use it as often as you wish or in between sessions. The more that your subconscious mind hears the same voice and the same words over and over, the more effective it can be in creating and achieving your goals. If you feel that listening to a meditation is not your thing, then other meditative practices will be offered and suggested. There are many forms of effective meditation. Tailored Meditations and practices created around your specific needs and goals, can be hugely effective, often yielding far improved results than generic Meditations that were not created specifically for you or your organisation. Yes we work extensively with businesses and corporates of all sizes, across many different industry types. Usually this involves us being given a brief by someone in the organisation as to what are the goals to achieve for a team, leadership team or any departments or whole organisations. Teams, departments or any from the whole organisation then login online on a regular basis at a scheduled time to share their thoughts, current challenges or needs. This can be incredibly bonding and harmonising for any team, often creating cross company relationships as trust is built and observed by participants. In most cases the meditation part is recorded and then sent to someone in the organisation to distribute to everyone.
Does it matter that I haven’t meditated before ? I can sit still or control my thoughts ? Even though I would like to, I don’t think meditation is for me?
Many people say that they would like to try to meditate, however they know that they couldn’t do it, as they can’t sit still or control their busy mind. Having been a meditation teacher’s coach for many years, I really looked into the science around meditation and its practice. I researched and read extensively so that I could teach even more effectively. I continue to do so each week. Meditation is not only about sitting still on the floor in the lotus position. Meditation can take many forms. It is about finding out what suits you best and works for you. It is important that every client feels totally at ease, so there all pressure for anything is taken off, this usually allows the most effective meditation process. It is not about controlling thoughts, but rather learning how to put them on hold, send them away or not react to them. You do not need to sit still, you can move as freely and as often as you wish. There are simply no rules around this. The bottom line is that as long as you can achieve relaxation or whatever you wish to achieve through meditation.

A mindfulness or Meditation session (even a short one) can be very effective at any stage during business conferences or meetings where people need to absorb large amounts of information, often creating information overload in a short space of time or over some concentrated days.
