Teaching and reminding people about EQ (Emotional Intelligence) so that they can work more in harmony together, thus increasing wellbeing, motivation, loyalty and productivity.
One on One private & corporate Sessions are usually up to 90 minutes in length.
Involving a confidential good chat to ascertain where you are at and what you wish to work on or achieve.
You will then be guided through a meditation especially for you, which can be recorded for you to use
as often as you wish to beyond the session.
Corporate and other group sessions vary in time and format according to what is required and what goals are wanted to be achieved.
