No experience in Meditation required, regardless of what you may think, everyone can learn to meditate in some form. Meditation can take many forms. We often explore what is most helpful for you. Including just spending time in nature, how to deal with your thoughts or creating affirmations that will help you.

Sessions usually begin with a confidential chat or briefing to ascertain your needs, followed by a specific guided meditation, either during or after the session (which is recorded for you to use as often as you wish following the session).

Together we can work towards what it is you wish to improve, manifest or create. I am very often engaged to create harmony, tolerance, bonding, respect, understanding & synergy within organisations of all sizes. As these sessions are tailored around what you specifically want or need to achieve, they can achieve much enhanced results than generic meditations that are available.

Teaching and reminding people about EQ (Emotional Intelligence) so that they can work & live more harmoniously together, thus increasing wellbeing, connection, happiness, motivation, loyalty and productivity. Emotional Intelligence and mindfulness presentations can be highly effective at conferences to create the right energy and focus at your conference (in person or online)

One on One private & corporate Sessions can be up to 90 minutes in length (or shorter depending on your preference)

Mostly involving a confidential good chat to ascertain where you are at and what you wish to work on or achieve.

You will then be guided through a meditation especially for you, which can be recorded for you to use as often as you wish to beyond the session.

A specifically tailored session for you or your group is highly effective in achieving your goals compared to generic online meditations.

Corporate and other group sessions vary in time and format according to what is required and what goals are wanted to be achieved.
