Greg first came to us at a time a when our global organisation had been substantially diminished with an impending takeover.  Greg initially presented Mindfulness Sessions at our conference to our entire Australian/NZ team to help with stress management, tools for resilience and adaptability through this time. As well as giving us many tools around how to maintain and even increase our levels of physical and emotional well-being during this very challenging period.

 Beyond the first conference where Greg presented to us, I began having regular one on one coaching sessions with Greg, as did many members of my Leadership team. Very quickly I saw the incredible results of this work both for me personally and for the others in my team. Subsequently we then made Greg’s services available for the whole country to work with him as they required.

Greg has been able to help me and my Australia/NZ team work through many things going on in our lives (both individually and as a group) that may be hindering or stressing us in any way. As well as greatly assisting in areas where we may need to grow or strengthen personally and professionally.

When my daughter was diagnosed with Brain Cancer, the anxiety and stress were as such that having dabbled with Meditation and experienced its calming influence I spoke with a friend about wanting to meditate more regularly to help cope with my ‘busy’ mind.   She introduced me to Greg and as a family we began weekly healing meditations. 

These meditation sessions are unlike any I have attended before, Greg is extremely intuitive and his teaching in the art of meditation is done in a calming and empowering manner.

As a family the benefits have been many.  Our daughter’s doctors were amazed following her first MRI Scan at how the area were her Brain Tumour was removed had ‘healed’ or which they said was most unusual for where we were in her treatment program.  Meditation and mindfulness form a very important part of our lives and we continue to practice meditation with Greg and independently.

 I have been attending a weekly online group meditation session facilitated by Greg since March 2020, just as Covid started. As a result of these sessions, I am able to more readily cope with the daily stresses in life - both professionally and personally.

Having experienced a difficult period both professionally and personally, then receiving some negative feedback at work, I knew I had to make changes. 

 I was 40 years old, read every self-help book, had cognitive behavioural therapy, psychotherapy, practiced meditation which all helped but I was stuck. 

Stuck in a state of being weighed down by responsibility, negativity latched onto me and I was in the woods.  I was heading for full blown mid-life crisis.  I had lost the joy and novelty of my workday.
